Our long track record of being "Principal" in corporate transactions directly from the Board level rather than outside, offers owners and stakeholders front line representation. 

We often work alongside external advisory firms or internal M&A teams to deliver the liquidity event, acquisition, disposal or IPO.

We start by taking a view on Management, Product/Service, Market & Exit (MPME) preparedness. These being the key points internally and externally.

Turnaround/Light

We most often arrive to help plan or just before a liquidity event. Sometimes after a significant shake up or shock at the corporate level. We can work alongside turnaround professionals who often take an executive role. 

We use our "Focused Exit Methodology" (FEM) which has been deployed on numerous cases since our formation. We focus particularly on targeted concentrated trade sale transactions. Rifle shot rather than blunderbuss.

Research Analysis and Application

Thinking about the future before it happens: we travel with you on the path to ordered, coordinated change. 

We are skilled analysts. The past often points the way (see Bagehot's economic cycle in the image below) but then again, there is a great deal of randomness which can be blindsided by human nature.

The important point being we ask lots of relevant questions to calibrate the situation. Gathering data is one thing, but converting it to meaningful analysis is another. Thereafter defining actions, responsibilities and timeframes is what we do.
